File Reviews

Precision Housing Management LLC. will provide preapprovals for move ins, review of first year files and review of annual recertifications.

Reviews may be conducted off-site via electronic transmission or paper copies, or on-site at the preference of the customer. 

Completion of entire compliance monitoring and comprehensive review of compliance policies and procedures are also offered. If it is determined that corrections are needed or that units are not in compliance, PHM will advise you of necessary measures to get back on track. 

An annual review of approximately 20% of files will be completed to ensure site staff continues to meet compliance expectations.
