File processing entails a thorough analysis of the completed application, third party verification, student status, accuracy and completeness of TIC/50059 and lease.  Our Certified Occupancy Specialists work with all regulatory agencies, handle compliance reporting and train onsite staff in gathering all required documentation in accordance with the regulatory agreement.
