Precision Housing Management LLC. now offers fee-based consulting services for the Owner/Agent to help develop policies, procedures and tenant selection plans that take a preventative and proactive approach to file quality.

For an annual fee, you will be able to email and/or call for timely responses to compliance questions. You will also receive our newsletter which will be delivered via email. It contains HUD and Fair Housing updates, our blog article of the month, compliance tips, suggestions regarding policies and forms that might be needed, reminders and other pertinent information.

Precision Housing Management LLC. provides a cost-effective approach to completing UPCS inspections and Quality Control inspections and preparing for MORs, REAC and other state agency inspections.  PHM also provides certified inspectors to attend inspections or site visits on your behalf.
